Do I need a Vancouver short-term rental licence?
If your property is inside Vancouver city limits and used for short-term stays, yes. Licence & Consulting handles the full application end-to-end plus BC registration and renewal reminders. Government fees (application + annual fee) are billed separately by the City/Province.
What's the difference between Listing Boost and the managed tiers?
Listing Boost is a self-serve, one-time paid promotion for a listing you already run yourself. The managed tiers (Visibility Boost, Semi-Managed, Full Management) are ongoing management services (we run the listing, pricing, guest messaging, etc. for a percentage of revenue). You can combine them, and many Visibility Boost owners add a Listing Boost package for a specific push.
Can I start with licensing or listing setup and move to managed service later?
Yes. Licensing and listing setup are one-time purchases; when you're ready for ongoing help, any of the managed tiers picks up from there.
How fast does a Listing Boost package start working?
