Can I start with just the Contract Package and upgrade later?
Yes. The Contract Package is a standalone, one-time purchase. Most owners who start there move up to Advertising & Showings or Liaison & Signing once they need active advertising or signing support, and we credit nothing automatically, but our team will always recommend the tier that actually fits your situation.
What happens after I buy the Contract Package?
You get an instant ZIP download containing the bilingual tenancy agreement, a condition-inspection form, and a key-handover form. These are starting-point templates, not legal advice, and Csquare Property is not a law firm.
How is the 8% Full-Service fee calculated?
It's 8% of monthly rent, plus 50% of the first month's rent as a one-time placement fee. Referral discounts may apply, so ask us during your consultation.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract for Advertising & Showings or Liaison & Signing?
No. Advertising & Showings runs 1-3 months at a time, and Liaison & Signing is billed monthly. Neither locks you into a long-term commitment the way Full-Service's ongoing management does.
